About the event

Join us for a fun, empowering and joyful weekend, where we will share our stories, find healing in laughter, and discover the power of community.

Together, we’ll dive into a weekend full of soul-nourishing activities that will leave you feeling understood, supported, and more in tune with your unique brilliance.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Storytelling Circles: Share and hear real-life stories - whether empowering, funny, or moving - from women just like you.

  • Therapeutic Sessions:

    • Mindfulness for ADHD - practices designed to ground busy minds

    • Good Girl Deprogramming - breaking free from societal expectations that don’t serve you.

    • ADHD & Food - a hands-on exploration of our relationship with food and how we nourish ourselves. Exploring the links between ADHD and disordered eating free from shame or judgement.

  • Creative Workshops: Art, journaling, and self-expression activities designed to unlock your creativity.

  • Practical Tools: Share ADHD-friendly strategies to help manage time, create structure, and thrive in a world not made for us.

  • Movement & Mindfulness: Relax with some mindful stretching, have a boogie, walk or run, perfect dopamining, and time to reconnect with yourself.

This Retreat is for You If:

  • You’re ready to feel empowered by your ADHD, rather than limited by it.

  • You want to connect with other women who understand your experiences.

  • You want to share your story, laugh, and heal together.

  • You’re seeking a safe space where your unique mind is celebrated, not judged.

Together, let’s embrace our quirks, celebrate our strengths, and remind each other that ADHD didn’t make us “broken”... it made us extraordinary!
